Organisational Development (OD)
Organisational development (OD) requires reflection. Many clubs are faced with these or similar questions:
- How can we establish effective structures so that the organisation can operate sustainably?
- What structures do I need to manage the growth of my organisation?
- How do I clarify responsibilities within my organisation?
- How do I establish a good cooperative relationship with a partner organisation?
- How can we ensure a smooth transition from the founding member to new leaders?
The Schmid Foundation is looking for an expert in organisational development from within its network to support you in your role as an organisational leader with such matters for a limited period (four sessions). The dialogue partner will provide you with feedback on your plans, act as a second opinion and serve as a sparring partner.
