innatura arranges meaningful donations of goods!
Making good use of surplus goods
innatura is a platform that connects surplus goods from over 250 companies (such as dm, Beiersdorf and Procter & Gamble) with charitable organisations. Best of all: you pay only a small commission (approx. 5–20% of the market price) – whilst at the same time saving products from being thrown away.

What can you order?
From office supplies to sports equipment, electronics, children’s toys, clothing and personal care products – the range changes, but there’s plenty to choose from.
How does it work?
- Register: Free of charge and with no obligation, provided you can prove your charitable status.
- Activation: Once your application has been verified, you’ll be granted access to the shop.
- Browse & order: Choose what you need – the fees are clearly displayed.
- Delivery: Your order will arrive within a week via DHL GoGreen or a courier service. Alternatively, you can collect your order directly from the innatura warehouse in Cologne.
What can you use the donated goods for?
- Running and equipping your organisation
- Supporting those in need
- Gifts for volunteers
⚠️ Not permitted: Any kind of fundraising campaign (e.g. raffles).
Why is it worth it?
- You save money. Since 2013, innatura has facilitated the donation of goods worth over 50 million euros – that’s around 40 million euros in savings for charitable organisations!
- You’re protecting the environment. By facilitating in-kind donations, the goods did not have to be destroyed, and 5,000 tonnes of waste were avoided.
