This programme is aimed at staff at charitable organisations, associations and initiatives who wish to expand their knowledge of grant management. The seminars provide step-by-step guidance on how to identify suitable funding programmes, draft compelling applications and strategically utilise funding for one’s own organisation. Topics covered include researching suitable funding programmes, public and private funding, foundation and EU funding, the application process, and the use of AI in grant-seeking.
The training package comprises the nine most popular online seminars from Förderlotse, as well as the grant handbook. With twelve months’ access to the video recordings, participants can work through the content flexibly at any time and at their own pace.
