Tuesday, 3 November 2026, 10.00 am to Wednesday, 4 November 2026, 4.00 pm. Participation fee: €220 (plus optional meals and accommodation), Rhineland-Palatinate State Music Academy, Am Heinrichhaus 2, 56566 Neuwied-Engers.
Where people work together, different perspectives, expectations and, at times, conflicts arise. In clubs and charitable organisations in particular, it is important to manage tensions effectively in order to ensure successful long-term collaboration.
The seminar ‘Mastering Conflicts with Confidence – Using Emotions as Sources of Strength’, organised by the Rhineland-Palatinate Cultural Office, demonstrates how conflicts can be identified, dealt with constructively and used as an opportunity for change. The focus includes non-violent communication, empathy-based understanding and strategies for constructive conflict management within a team or one’s own organisation.
The seminar is aimed at volunteers, club officials and staff of non-profit organisations who wish to enhance their communication and leadership skills and develop a respectful culture of conflict resolution.
The two-day event also offers the option to book an overnight stay, including meals on site, for an additional charge.
Speaker: Beatrix Sieben, psychologist, coach and expert in team and personal development
