The PfalzMetall Foundation supports projects exclusively from the Palatinate in a variety of fields.
The Palatinate comprises the districts of Bad Dürkheim, Donnersberg, Frankenthal, Germersheim, Kaiserslautern-Land, Kaiserslautern-Stadt, Kusel, Landau, Ludwigshafen, Neustadt, Pirmasens, Rhein-Pfalz district, Speyer, Südliche Weinstraße, Südwestpfalz and Zweibrücken.
The following areas are supported:
Science and research, education and training, arts and culture, social affairs
Content
The funding application must be completed in full. In particular, the bank account details provided must relate to an organisation authorised to issue a donation receipt in accordance with the German Tax Code. When providing details of public sector accounts, schools and nursery schools must also ensure that the project idea is clearly linked to their institution.
The description of the actual project proposal should be provided on separate pages, which the applicant may format independently and at their own discretion.
Upon submission, each applicant will receive written confirmation of receipt. The decision on funding is made by the Executive Board in conjunction with the Foundation Council. As the committee meets once a year, the decision on larger applications may take over a year, depending on the date of submission.
It is therefore recommended that project ideas be submitted early in the year and/or with flexible implementation timelines.
