AOK Health Prize for Sportjugend Pfalz

Through the AOK Health Prize, AOK Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland, in collaboration with Sportjugend Pfalz, recognises sports clubs that are particularly committed to providing varied and health-promoting youth activities. The winner receives 500 euros for the club. The award is presented every three months. All sports clubs within the Sportbund Pfalz, together with their youth sections, are eligible to take part.

Was wird ausgezeichnet?
In its application, the club can highlight what makes its youth work special. This covers the full range of activities on offer for children and young people, not just sporting activities. The focus could, for example, be on:
- Physical activity and sports programmes for children and young people
- Programmes that promote health and physical activity
- Activities that strengthen social learning and a sense of community
- Initiatives in which young people take on responsibility
- Programmes that instil important social values
- Special projects and activities organised by the club’s youth section
Applications must be made using the Sportjugend Pfalz application form. Clubs can use this to showcase their youth work and special activities. Sportjugend Pfalz makes the application documents available online. The next application deadline is 15 November 2026.
